LandSeed is a non-profit organization tackling the Canadian housing crisis with a unique, data-powered approach. We bridge critical gaps in the housing ecosystem by integrating deep community market data with advanced AI systems. Our focus is on crowdsourcing and identifying obstacles to attainable affordable housing, allowing us to deliver structured, scalable solutions where they are needed most.

Responsibilities:
Oversee Town Hall Planning and Research Coordinators, ensuring alignment with project goals
Facilitate or co-facilitate town halls as needed
Maintain overall schedule, milestones, and deliverables for the team
Coordinate relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Ensure lessons learned and insights are documented and communicated to the broader research team
Monitor compliance with project ethics, accessibility, and trauma-informed standards
Education / Skills Required:
Post-secondary education or experience in project management, public health, social sciences, or community engagement
Experience leading small teams or projects
Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of dementia, aging, or caregiving contexts is required
Experience working with the aging population is an asset
Accountability:
Deliver team milestone reports monthly
Ensure all town halls are planned, accessible, and executed on schedule
Maintain clear communication between coordinators and research leads
Validate that research and engagement outputs are actionable and evidence-informed
Time commitment: ~5–7 hours/week (peaks around planning and events)
