About Brighten A Day Foundation:

Brighten A Day Foundation is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to reducing loneliness and spreading kindness through handmade cards, care packages, and community service projects for seniors, veterans, hospital patients, and others in need. We work with volunteers across the country to create meaningful connections through simple acts of kindness. We have been featured on global news networks, including CNN, BBC, FOX News, ABC News, and NBC News.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a creative volunteer to help grow our impact by producing engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok. If you enjoy storytelling, editing videos, following social media trends, and using creativity to inspire others, we'd love to have you join our team.

Your work will help us reach new volunteers, increase awareness of our mission, and share the stories behind the people and communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit short-form videos using apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Transform photos and videos from our events into compelling social media content.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with current social media trends.
• Help showcase volunteer stories, community impact, donation drives, and service projects.
• Collaborate with our leadership team on content ideas and posting schedules.
• Maintain a positive, mission-driven voice across all content.
