Director of board members

EmpowerHer Haven is seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals to serve as Founding Board Members for a Chicago-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering young women ages 13–21 through mental health support, life skills development, mentorship, and leadership programming. Board members will provide strategic oversight, support fundraising and community partnerships, participate in quarterly meetings (hybrid/remote options available), and help build the foundation of a transformative organization focused on breaking generational cycles. Ideal candidates bring professional expertise or lived experience in youth development, mental health, nonprofit governance, finance, education, healthcare, or community advocacy, and are committed to empowering young women.
