Social Media & Media Volunteer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media & Media Volunteer to help capture content and strengthen our digital presence during program cycles.

Responsibilities

Capture photos and short videos (with consent), create Instagram posts and reels, draft engaging captions, assist with content planning, and support visual documentation for outreach and reporting.

Qualifications

Interest in media, communications, marketing, or content creation; experience with Instagram and Canva; strong writing skills; organized and reliable.

Time Commitment

3–5 hours per week, including in-person sessions held on select weekdays (Tuesday & Thursday between 2pm – 3:45pm) in Compton during March–June and July–August, plus remote content editing and scheduling. Minimum three-month commitment preferred.
