    Who We Are

RESULTS and RESULTS Educational Fund (REF) mobilize everyday people to advocate for policies and programs that address poverty. Through training, support, and collaboration, volunteers develop the skills to effectively influence policy makers in expanding access to education, health, and economic opportunities. RESULTS amplifies the power of grassroots advocacy to drive systemic change, improving the lives of millions in the US and globally. With the support of legislative expertise, advocates are empowered to use their voices to create a more equitable world.

    Grassroots Policy Advocate (Volunteer)

You believe a future without poverty is possible. RESULTS gives everyday people the tools, training, and community to turn their values into action by influencing policies that reduce poverty and expand opportunity.

Millions of lives are shaped by decisions made by Congress. From affordable housing and nutrition programs here in the U.S. to global health, education, and poverty reduction around the world, federal policy has the power to improve lives or put progress at risk. Many of these programs are facing significant challenges, making this an important time for people to speak up.

As a RESULTS Advocate, you’ll join a nationwide network of grassroots volunteers working to influence those decisions. You’ll meet with members of Congress, publish your voice in local media, and build lasting relationships with lawmakers to advocate for policies that improve lives in the U.S. and around the world.

No matter where you live in the U.S., you can get involved. Whether you’re passionate about affordable housing, food security, economic opportunity, or global health, you’ll gain the training, mentorship, and community needed to become an effective advocate.

    What You’ll Do
