Virtual Volunteer Opportunity - Outreach Coordinator & Supervisor

To ensure consistency and impact, we ask that volunteers commit to (six) 6+ months of service and be able to dedicate 8-10 hours per week to this role. However, we are flexible with your schedule. You may allocate your time depending on your schedule during the week.

Grace Helping Hands is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with Volunteer Outreach Coordination and Supervision to support our mission of providing essential toiletry kits to homeless women and children.

Volunteer Outreach Volunteers can assist with essential outreach that help keep our organization running smoothly. We look forward to your involvement!

Outreach Coordinator and Supervisor Tasks:

• Collaborating with administrative support team to contact potential volunteers
• Scheduling and conducting virtual meet-and-greets with potential volunteers
• Overseeing account creation and onboarding for new volunteers
• Checking in regularly with volunteers to maintain lines of communication and provide support
• Filling out and signing community service forms as needed
• Connecting volunteers with Administrative Assistant as needed
