📸 Volunteer Photographer/Videographer – Forever Hoops Youth Basketball Program

📣 Opportunity Overview

Do you love photography, videography, and sports? Are you looking to build your portfolio while making a difference in the community? Forever Hoops, the youth basketball program of Forever Outreach Inc., is seeking passionate and reliable volunteer photographers/videographers to capture the excitement of our program.

This is a non-paying volunteer role that provides valuable experience, community service hours (if requested), and marketing exposure. We will gladly credit your work and tag you on social media to help you grow your own profile or business.

🗓 Commitment

• Practices: 2 per week ( you’ll only need to attend a few each month for footage)
• Tournaments: Once a month (local only, no out-of-state travel).
• Volunteers are not required to stay for every game at a tournament—we will coordinate coverage needs in advance.
• Season ends in November 2025.

🚗 Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to Polk County practices and local tournaments.
• Must bring your own camera, video equipment, or phone for capturing footage.
• Must present an ID at tournaments for entry (entry fees covered by us).
• Must be professional and reliable, committed to making Forever Hoops your priority during the season. A volunteer agreement/contract will be provided.
• Must be a positive role model around youth: no cursing, smoking, or drinking while at practices, games, or tournaments.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during games and select practices.
• Create highlight reels or edits if able (not required—our team can handle editing).
• Deliver raw photos and video footage in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with our team on scheduling coverage needs.
• Uphold the values of Forever Outreach Inc. and represent the program positively.
