At Sanctuary Hospice, We Honor Veterans. We are looking for active and former military service men and women who want to serve and support their comrades at the end of life. Don’t know what to do or say as a hospice volunteer? Most veterans just want a familiar face to share their experience or stories with and be recognized for their service to their country. Veterans can also serve as color guards or presenters at various pinning ceremonies, memorials or recognition events for our patients.
