Cat Foster Caregiver

Caring for rescued cats and kittens is a fulfilling and rewarding experience for fosters and their families. Fosters are urgently needed to care for rescued cats and kittens until their forever homes are found.

Skills and Resources Needed:

• Space: Safe, quiet, clean space for cats and kittens
• Commitment: Provide daily care, assist with socialization, and work with rescue resources to access medical care. (Supplies and veterinary care are provided.)
• Communication: Communicate information, photos, and videos of foster kitties to LCCR volunteers for marketing purposes.
• People Skills: Work with approved applicants and LCCR volunteers to complete adoptions of foster kitties.
• Organization: Ability to maintain medical documentation and keep up with preventative health care requirements.
