Job Overview: As the Social Media Lead, you will provide high-level oversight of VPMMA's social media presence. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure our digital strategy aligns with the organization's mission to empower veterans through project management.
Key Responsibilities (3–5 Hours/Week)
Strategy Oversight: Review and refine existing social media strategies to maintain VPMMA's visibility.
- Content Approval: Serve as the final reviewer of content created by the Content Creators to ensure brand alignment and professional tone.
- Team Collaboration: Attend one 30 -60 minute weekly meeting with Content Creators and the marketing team to sync on upcoming goals.
- Engagement Monitoring: Allocate 1 hour per week to responding to high-priority messages or comments to maintain community engagement.
- Basic Reporting: Review a monthly summary from the Social Media Analyst to identify one or two key areas for improvement.
