Visit hospice patients in care facilities in Milwaukee, WI

Descrição
We are looking for compassionate volunteers to visit patients that are nearing end of life in the Milwaukee area.
Your role as a volunteer would be to spend an hour or two each week with someone who is looking for more socialization and/or support by:
- listening to life stories and reminising
- watching movies together
- playing cards, and/or board games
- spending time outside in nature
- looking at photo albums
- simply providing a supportive presence
Please consider helping your neighbors that are in need at this often lonely time.
No prior experience needed! Training and support provided each step of the way.
