Summer Coastal Cleanup

Tampa Bay Watch is recruiting volunteers to participate in a Summer Coastal Cleanup on Saturday, July 11 from 9 AM - 12 PM at Fort De Soto Park, 3500 Pinellas Bayway South, Tierra Verde, Florida 33715. This annual event has a goal to clean up after the Fourth of July holiday. It is family friendly and open to all ages! Your efforts will contribute to the worldwide initiative to combat marine debris while raising awareness and highlighting the importance of the estuary right here in our own backyard, Tampa Bay! A special perk of the cleanup: We're teaming up with musician Jack Johnson on his SURFILMUSIC Tour as an All At Once Nonprofit Partner to inspire community action around sustainability and plastic-free initiatives. By registering and participating in the cleanup, adults aged 18+ will be automatically entered into a chance drawing to receive two tickets to the Jack Johnson concert on Wednesday, August 19 at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre.
