Website Content Coordinator

SCORE is a national organization that provides consulting and education services to small businesses across the US. The Boston Chapter of SCORE is one of the largest and most successful chapters in the country, providing free mentoring, workshops, and educational resources to thousands of small businesses in the Greater Boston area.

SCORE Boston is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy volunteer to manage content on its website https://www.score.org/ma/boston/ and to optimize SEO/AEO. As Website Content Coordinator, you will join the Boston Marketing & Communications team that manages social media presence, newsletters, advertising and promotion of SCORE Boston’s services. In addition to primary responsibility for website content, you will assist the team in the overall M&C effort as needed.

This role is ideal for candidates interested developing their marketing skills with hands-on experience in website management and related digital marketing efforts while supporting the small business community in Greater Boston.

Responsibilities are flexible and may include:

• Primary
  • Consistent with the overall M&C strategy, maintain content on the SCORE Boston website to inform entrepreneurs about SCORE Boston services and to encourage them to sign up for mentoring services and webinars
  • Optimize Website SEO and AEO.
• Secondary as needed
  • Assisting the M&C team with social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and posting across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Helping create weekly marketing emails and develop a monthly newsletter
  • Tracking basic engagement and marketing metrics
