Verification Center Onboarder

The Verification Center Onboarder helps new verifiers move through onboarding clearly and securely.

This role ensures each verifier completes required steps, understands expectations, and receives access information appropriately.

You are supporting Dispatch and the Verification Center team, not managing the system alone.

What You’ll Do

• Use Trello to track onboarding tasks and see where help is needed
• Use provided email templates to communicate with onboarding verifiers
• Use a provided phone call outline to guide conversations
• Verify new verification volunteers with their onboarding, as available.
• If you take a verifier, support them from start to finish

Steps You’ll Walk Through With a Verifier

• Ensure they sign the Excellence Pledge
• Call the verifier to provide the Verification Center address
• Provide the Verification Center phone number
• Encourage the verifier to register in the Signature Tracking App (STA) ahead of arrival.

What Success Looks Like

• Every verifier completes required steps
• Security protocols are followed consistently
• No address information is shared improperly
• Verifiers arrive prepared and ready to contribute
• Dispatch and the Verification Center team feel supported

This is a relational role that combines clarity, follow-through, and attention to detail.
