Research & Policy Lead

The Research & Policy Lead leads the organization's research team and ensures that all educational content is accurate, well-researched, and accessible to a student audience. This role is responsible for selecting timely economics and public policy topics, guiding research projects, and helping translate complex ideas into engaging content for social media and other educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the research team on projects and publications.
• Identify relevant economics and public policy topics for research.
• Ensure all content is evidence-based, fact-checked, and supported by credible sources.
• Review and edit research before publication to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Monitor current economic events and policy developments for potential content ideas.
• Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to create informative and engaging educational posts.
• Encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and academic integrity within the research team.
