Cat Adoption Event Volunteer - PetSmart Lee's Summit

Heart of America Humane Society hosts a Cat Adoption Event most Saturdays at PetSmart Lee's Summit (920 NE Sam Walton Lane) from 11 am to 2 pm. The event is open to the public during those hours. In addition to volunteers to talk to prospective adopters about our cats and the adoption process during the event, we also need volunteers to show up before noon to set up the event. This involves setting up tables and cages so that everything is ready when the cats arrive for the event. At the end of the event, we also need assistance in taking everything down (tables, cages, etc).

We request that volunteers be 18 years of age or older.

If under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
