Why This Role Matters
Access changes everything.
Many of the women and girls we serve do not lack potential; they lack proximity to opportunity. This role helps close that gap by creating spaces where conversations lead to connections, and connections lead to transformation.
You will not just be organizing events.
You will be helping build tables where women are seen, heard, and positioned to rise.
How to Get Involved
If you are a connector, a relationship builder, and someone who understands the power of community, we want to hear from you.
