The Programs Director is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact programs that serve the FoundHer community. This role translates FoundHer’s vision into structured experiences—events, accelerators, and initiatives that drive real value for female founders.

The Programs Director ensures that every program is intentional, well-executed, and aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of all FoundHer programs and events

Develop program frameworks, timelines, and delivery plans

Manage Program Managers and coordinate cross-functional execution

Ensure consistency and quality across all program experiences

Track program outcomes, feedback, and impact metrics

Continuously improve programs based on insights and community needs

Partnerships Lead (Volunteer) – FoundHer

Role Description

The Partnerships Lead is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships that drive growth, visibility, and sustainability for FoundHer.

This role focuses on identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships with corporates, development organizations, and ecosystem players—ensuring every collaboration delivers mutual value.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partnerships aligned with FoundHer’s mission

Develop partnership proposals, pitches, and collaboration frameworks

Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders

Work closely with programs and marketing teams to deliver partner commitments

Drive funding opportunities, sponsorships, and ecosystem collaborations

Track partnership performance and ensure long-term value creation
