    Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy.     As a Partner and Strategic Alliance Coordinator, you'll manage and cultivate relationships with external partners to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. You'll identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure the success of collaborative initiatives. Essentially, you'll bridge the gap between our company and our partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner Identification and Evaluation: You'll research and assess potential partners based on their alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
    • Relationship Management: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Negotiation and Agreement: You'll lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
    • Strategy Development: You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies.
    • Performance Monitoring: You'll track and report on the performance of partnerships, evaluating success and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work with various internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Joint Initiatives: You'll coordinate joint marketing and sales efforts with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
    • Communication: You'll effectively communicate partnership updates, progress, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for building relationships and conveying information.
    • Relationship Building: You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners.
    • Negotiation Skills: You can negotiate favorable terms and agreements with partners.
    • Strategic Thinking: You're able to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
    • Analytical Skills: You can analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Project Management: You can manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of the Industry: You understand the industry landscape and key trends.
    • Adaptability: You can adapt to changing partnership dynamics and challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
    • Experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or business development (non-profit or corporate setting).
    • Familiarity with CRM or partnership management tools.
    • Prior experience in cross-sector partnerships (corporate-nonprofit collaborations, NGO partnerships, or multi-stakeholder coalitions).
    • Strong presentation skills for representing the organization to high-level stakeholders.

    Time Commitment:

    • Volunteer role requires approximately 15–20 hours per month.
    • Flexible scheduling, with availability to attend occasional partner meetings, events, or negotiations as needed.

    Remote/In-Person Status:

    • Primarily a remote role, with opportunities for in-person participation in partnership meetings, events, or conferences depending on partner and organizational needs.

    Reports To:

    • Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
