Right now, in Allen, there's a hospice patient who would love some company.
Not medical care — our nurses handle that. Company & companionship. Someone to sit with them, listen to their stories, or watch an old movie.
Concho Hearts Hospice, a locally owned, nurse-founded Texas hospice, has an immediate need for companion volunteers in the Allen/Garland area. The commitment: about 1–2 hours a week, on your schedule. We provide full training and ongoing support — no healthcare experience needed. Just a warm heart & consistency.
Many volunteers tell us it becomes the most meaningful hour of their week.
