Good Food Starts with Community: Arrive to Help, Leave with Purpose.
Drop in volunteering is available from May 4 through mid October for individuals and small groups of up to 5 can participate without a need to schedule - Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to Noon (the farm is closed on Sundays). All ages are welcome to participate, volunteers under the age of 16.5 must be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteering at our Grafton location with Community Harvest Project offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in addressing food insecurity. By joining us on this important mission, you can actively contribute to sustainable farming practices and help us grow fresh fruits and vegetables that will directly benefit those in need. Not only will you have the chance to connect with the land and learn about sustainable agriculture, but you will also play a vital role in ensuring equitable access to healthy food for all members of our community. Community Harvest Project is located at 37 Wheeler Road, North Grafton, MA 01536 - drive to the top of Wheeler Road and we are on your left, if you approach from North Brigham Hill Road, turn right onto Wheeler and we are immediately on your right.

- Register as a drop in volunteer one time, show up as often as you're able.
- Wear weather appropriate clothing, including closed toe shoes and for wet days, rain gear. For the cooler months dress in layers, during the summer months, light colored clothing.
- Hats and sunscreen are recommended.
- Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Consider carpooling for your visit; we have limited parking.
- We are an active farm with different types of machinery and equipment in use. Always listen to Team Leaders and Staff members to ensure your safety.
- Get excited for a great experience! Your volunteer work will have a direct impact on aiding food insecure individuals in our community.
