Information Desk Volunteer

Looking to become part of the care team? We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our Wayfinder/Information Desk Volunteer Program, our most patient-facing volunteer role. Opportunities are available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to noon or noon to 4:00 p.m. Please note this is a recurring opportunity rather than a seasonal role.

Wayfinders play a vital role and are often the first team members to welcome patients and guests. This position helps volunteers become familiar with the hospital campus while learning about various departments and operations.

Many volunteers choose to remain in the Wayfinder role, while others may be matched with additional volunteer opportunities as they continue their service.
