Administrative Volunteer – Des Plaines Office

Are you a friendly, social person who enjoys helping others behind the scenes? Sanctuary Hospice is looking for compassionate Administrative Volunteers to support our Des Plaines office team.

What you’ll do:

• Assemble admission packets and volunteer training materials
• Help with community outreach, networking, and marketing projects
• Assist with the volunteer newsletter
• Support daily office organization and operations
• Perform light data entry and prepare mailings to patients and bereaved families

What we provide:

• All required training
• Background check, drug screening and TB test (provided FREE of charge)

What We Ask:

• Weekly commitment of 2–4 hours
• Task-oriented and reliable
• Organized and detail-minded
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
