Hospice Volunteer, Memory Bear Crafter

Gentiva Hospice's Team provides compassionate end of life care to residents of Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Huntingdon, and Centre counties as well as parts of Clearfield, Somerset, Indiana, and Fulton counties.

This position is for a volunteer interested in crafting memory bears for patient's loved ones. Basic sewing experience is required and must be comfortable volunteering on their own and as part of a team.

Gentiva's team strives to center care around not only the patient, but their family and loved ones as well. Volunteering with this program is particularly rewarding as the love, effort, and time spent is made into something that is tangible and cherished by our families for a lifetime.
