🌿 About Us
At HealthView Hospice, we believe every moment matters — especially at the end of life. Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and connection to patients and families through compassionate, people-first care.
đź’« The Role
As a Hospice Volunteer, you’ll offer comfort, companionship, and presence to patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful times. You might:
- Sit bedside, read, or listen to stories
- Provide respite for caregivers
- Offer emotional support through your presence and kindness
- Help with light activities such as letter writing or music
- Share your special talents (music, art, or conversation!)
No clinical experience is needed — just a caring heart and willingness to listen.
🕊️ Training & Support
All volunteers receive comprehensive hospice training and ongoing support from our interdisciplinary team. We’ll ensure you feel confident, prepared, and valued every step of the way.
đź’› Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Complete volunteer orientation and background screening
- Commit to a minimum of 3 months of service
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
