We’re Building — And People Must Grow With It

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

    New volunteers.

    New leaders.

    New opportunities.

But growth without development leads to gaps.

We are seeking a Training & Leadership Development Manager to design, deliver, and scale training and leadership programs across the organization.

Because strong organizations are built on strong, prepared people.

    The Role

This role is responsible for leading training programs and leadership development initiatives across the organization.

      • Track participation and completion rates
      • Partner with HR Analyst to monitor training data
