Chat moderators help create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging online environment by enforcing community guidelines, by removing any inappropriate content.
They support our organization’s online community users in real-time during any virtual events or virtual meetings.
Chat moderators need to be familiar and comfortable using and moderating online live chatrooms from popular social media platforms such as (Substack, Discord and Instagram) and they need to be familiar with using video conference tools (like Zoom).
They will also be working to answer any questions and concerns from any online chatroom users during any of our virtual meetings and virtual events.
