JustArts Gallery seeks Gallery Support Volunteers to assist with artwork care, exhibitions, and public programs. This includes photographing and digitizing artwork, organizing files and records, adding materials to artist portfolios and our online archive, safely storing works, assisting with exhibition installation and deinstallation, and organizing/hosting public programs. Volunteers may also help prepare materials for public display and ensure artwork is handled with care and intention.
Values note: This role is grounded in stewardship and respect. Volunteers help ensure artists’ work is documented, cared for, and presented in ways that honor its meaning, context, and the conditions under which it was created.
