The Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) is seeking a Website Content Editor to serve as the steward of our digital front door. In this role, you will ensure that our community of veterans, service members, and spouses can seamlessly access the training and mentorship resources they need.

As a pro bono expert, you are the bridge between VPMMA's mission and the "Alliance Heroes" we serve, practicing Corporate Social Responsibility by maintaining a professional, user-friendly portal for veteran career transitions.

Your Digital Impact

This role is designed to be high-leverage, focusing on precision within a focused weekly window:

• Calendar Architecture: Serve as the lead for the VPMMA event calendar, ensuring all seminars, workshops, and webinars are accurately listed with current registration links.
• Content Lifecycle Management: Regularly audit key pages to ensure information is up to date, and archive past announcements to keep our digital presence "evergreen".
• Precision and Accuracy: Collaborate with program leads to verify that event descriptions, speaker bios, and professional development details are perfectly reflected.
• User Experience (UX) Stewardship: Perform routine quality checks for site functionality and broken links to ensure a smooth journey for our military community.
• Brand Integration: Upload new initiatives and graphics, ensuring every digital update aligns with VPMMA's mission-driven voice and visual standards.

Who You Are

• CMS Navigator: Experience performing text and image updates within website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix).
