Community Engagement Ambassador

Overview

The Community Engagement Ambassador plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the Kiona Foundation. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in pediatric cancer research, family support, and community engagement. Volunteers in this role will work closely with a passionate and committed team to advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

Time Commitment

Expected commitment is Flexible, with flexibility based on availability and project needs. This is a remote volunteer position unless otherwise specified.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Kiona Foundation at local events, health fairs, and online forums to share resources and recruit supporters.

• Facilitate community conversations around pediatric cancer prevention, holistic wellness, and endocannabinoid system education.

• Coordinate small outreach efforts (i.e., pop-ups, educational booths, coffee chats) and gather feedback to inform future engagement strategies.

• Serve as a brand steward who upholds the values of inclusivity, advocacy, and hope.
