LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted families through transportation, reentry services, mental health support, and access to essential resources. Our mission is to reduce barriers, strengthen family connections, and create pathways for long-term stability and success.LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence as we prepare for launch. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, consistency, and accountability. Direct onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily posting (minimum 3 posts per day across platforms)
- Oversee content calendar and team deliverables
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors
- Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics
- Ensure all posts include links, QR codes, and clear calls-to-action
- Maintain consistency and brand alignment
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and hold team accountable
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Commitment: 20–25 hours per week
