Front Office Volunteer

Our front desk volunteers are the first smiling face that our clients see when they walk in! They ensure that our clients have a smooth check in process and answer any of their initial questions. Here are some of the daily responsibilities of our front desk volunteers:

• Welcome clients into the center
• Answer client questions regarding M.I. Lewis programs
• Answer the phone and direct them to the correct staff member or take a message
• Be knowledgeable of all programs provided by M.I. Lewis
• Copy and assemble client files
• Assist with prepping and maintaining client files
