📢 Publicity & Outreach Lead (Immediate Start)

We need a creative "loudspeaker" to help fill the seats!

• Tasks: Design and distribute flyers, create lawn signs, and manage local digital promotion.
• Ideal for: Someone with a knack for marketing or local networking.

🍎 Food & Beverage Coordinator

Take the lead on our most popular station.

• Tasks: Plan the menu, coordinate food donations or purchases, and create price lists.
• Shift: Pre-event planning + 8:00 AM day-of setup.

💪 Event Logistics & "The Setup" Crew

Help us turn a blank space into a bustling event.

• Tasks: Mark vendor spaces, set up tables/chairs, and place directional signage.
• Ideal for: People who like to stay active and work behind the scenes.

🤝 Vendor & Guest Assistants

Ensure our sellers and guests have a seamless experience.

• Tasks: Help vendors cart items to their tables, assist with sales at the food booth, and provide general info to attendees.

🧹 Sustainability & Wrap-Up Crew

The heroes of the afternoon who help us leave the space better than we found it.

• Tasks: Assist vendors with load-out, empty trash/recycling, and help pack away furniture.
