ABOUT US

Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs, the day they are to be euthanized, from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. The Ace of Hearts Foundation is in memory of "Ace", a wonderful American Bulldog who was rescued from death and touched the lives of many! (Especially founder Kari Whitman!) We rescue all breeds!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a dog walking volunteer is essential to help our dogs be as happy and comfortable as possible.

As a dog walking volunteer, you would be responsible for arriving at our dog's foster homes and taking them for walks! An added bonus is getting to snuggle and take photos with the pups! This all makes a huge difference, as these dogs need affection and exercise to help them be ready for adoption.

We currently need volunteers for walks every day, so the more you can come, the more you benefit a rescue and get to spend time with our dogs!

We are currently looking for walkers for two dogs, Sabrina and Lana. Sabrina is a large, calm and sweet dog, that prefers women to men. Lana is a medium sized girl with lots of energy and love. Please reach out if interested in helping out!

WE URGENTLY NEED WALKERS ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5th, AND MONDAY, DECEMBER 8th.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years old.

We need volunteers to sign waivers before completing any tasks for us.
