• Assist community members with essential digital skills, such as accessing the web, completing online forms and applications, and navigating everyday software tools.
• Offer patient, personalized guidance to those who have limited access to or experience with technology.
• Help community members build confidence, stay informed, and feel more connected in today’s digital world.

LiteracyCNY currently has Digital Literacy Volunteers at over a dozen community locations across Onondaga County, and we continue to grow each year with the support of our partner sites. Your time and skills can help bridge the digital divide in our community.
