It is not the tech. It is not the production value. It is whether people feel comfortable enough to be real. Whether there is someone steering the room who knows when to let silence breathe

and when to pull someone gently into the conversation. Whether people leave feeling like something actually happened.

SoYouAmI™ is a global community platform built by Invicta Child Foundation. Hosts are the members who create and run the online events that transform a feed of posts into a living, breathing community gathering.

Events you might host:

• Community Conversations — open discussion on a theme: grief, identity, migration, loneliness, joy, work, family
• Storytelling Nights — members share a personal story in five minutes each; the room responds
• Wellness Check-ins — a structured space for the community to share honestly how it is doing
• Cultural Spotlights — a member takes the room on a tour of their community, culture, or country
• New Member Welcome Sessions — a casual gathering for people who just joined
• Ask Me Anything — an experienced member opens up to the community's questions
• Your own idea — the best events on SoYouAmI™ will come from Hosts who know what their community needs

Here is what Hosts do:

• Plan and post at least one event per month on the SoYouAmI™ Events page
• Promote the event through community posts and platform broadcasts
• Host — be present, facilitate, create the conditions for something real to happen
• Gather post-event feedback and share it with the foundation team

You are made for this if you:

• Love bringing people together and are genuinely good at making rooms feel warm
• Have experience as a teacher, facilitator, MC, therapist, community organiser, or simply the person who always ends up running things
