Responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the cheer program. Duties include recruiting, training, and supporting cheer coaches; coordinating cheerleader registration and team rosters; attending required Pop Warner, conference, and board meetings; and ensuring compliance with Pop Warner rules and safety standards. The Cheer Coordinator organizes meetings, fundraising events, clinics, and program activities, coordinates uniforms, assigns late registrants as needed, and serves as the main point of contact for cheer-related questions. CPR/First Aid certification and Pop Warner–endorsed Spirit Training are required.
