ABOUT THE POSITION: The Region I Committee Member is responsible for overseeing and supporting a designated group of chapters within the organization. This region includes chapters located in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. In this role, the committee member provides guidance and insight to chapters, ensuring they remain informed and compliant with organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, the Region I Committee Member is responsible for recruiting and supporting the development of new chapters within the assigned region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree program (required).
- Ideal for postgraduate and gap-year students pursuing or planning to pursue careers in MD, DO, PA, or other health-related fields (preferred, but not required).
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, leadership, or management is a strong plus.
