Social Media Manager

BeYOUtiful is seeking a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to lead our digital presence and engagement. This key role will develop, implement, and manage content strategies that amplify our mission, grow our audience, and foster meaningful connections across social platforms.

This is a volunteer leadership role requiring a 2-year commitment to ensure continuity and consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with BeYOUtiful’s mission and programs
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for reach and impact
• Collaborate with leadership and program teams to highlight events, initiatives, and community stories
• Manage social media campaigns, graphics, and multimedia content creation
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts and digital content
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Passion for empowering women and underserved communities

Commitment

• Volunteer-based leadership role
• 2-year commitment required
• Participation in content planning meetings, campaigns, and social media reporting
