Role Overview

The Volunteer Community Technology Coordinator supports TechArts by helping maintain and prepare technology used in youth programs and mobile STEAM classrooms. This role focuses on practical support, basic troubleshooting, and assisting with documentation to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing laptops and equipment for workshops
• Support basic troubleshooting for staff and volunteers
• Help document systems, processes, and common fixes
• Coordinate with staff on technical needs and support requests
