GLAD Academy is a 501(c)(3) global nonprofit organization that connects volunteers with students worldwide through online tutoring. Our mission is to expand access to quality education while creating meaningful volunteer experiences.

About the Volunteer Role

We are seeking online volunteer tutors to support students in English and other language learning (and other subjects based on your strengths).

Tutors work one-on-one or small group with students in a supportive, flexible, and fully remote environment.

Time Commitment

• 1–2 sessions per week
• 30-60 minutes per session
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Who Can Apply

• Strong conversational English (native or non-native speakers welcome)
• Passion for education and mentoring
• Students, gap-year participants, and working professionals are all welcome
• No prior tutoring experience required (training provided)
