Position Overview
The Operations Manager / Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth execution of LandSeed’s programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees daily operational functions, coordinates cross-departmental workflows, and ensures programs are delivered effectively and in alignment with the organization’s mission.

                  Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth program delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Develop and manage systems for tracking timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across departments.
- Support budgeting, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Assist leadership in planning and executing new initiatives and partnerships.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
 
                Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or program management.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and passion for social impact and sustainability.
