Naples Crystal Connection Luncheon - Event Volunteers Needed

Enjoy making an event run smoothly? Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation is looking for Event Volunteers in the Naples area for the "Crystal Connection Luncheon", which be held Friday, October.3, 2026, at Armature Works - Tampa - 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL 33602

. This is an annual, signature fundraising event with proceeds providing non-medical financial support to cancer patients.

Event Time: 10:00 AM -2:00 pm

VOLUNTEER ARRIVAL & TRAINING:

• Arrival time 8:45 am
• Event training will be from 9:10 -9:20am
• Volunteers in place by 9:45am

VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upon arrival, volunteers will be assigned responsibilities for the event. It is important to be flexible, as your roles may change throughout the event!

Ex: Greeting and directing guests; registration; selling raffle tickets; overseeing the silent auction area; VIP table drawing; live auction spotters; silent auction closing; distributing guest thank you gifts; and event breakdown!

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS:

• Attire will be black pants and shirt with close-toed shoes.
• NO alcohol during the event.
• Lunch will be provided during the event, and volunteers will be able to take breaks throughout the evening as needed in a designated room
