We are seeking volunteer 'Job Guarantee Relational Fundraisers' to help us raise money to hire grassroots organizers in New Jersey. With your help, these organizers will mobilize working-class voters across racial and political divides, urging New Jersey Democrats running in the 2025 elections to publicly support a State Job Guarantee.
A State Job Guarantee would establish pilot programs and research aimed at creating living-wage jobs through public investment in healthcare, education, community development, climate solutions, and other vital public services.
What Does a 'Job Guarantee Relational Fundraiser' Do?
People are much more likely to donate to a cause when asked by someone they know and trust—this approach is known as 'relational fundraising.’ As a 'Job Guarantee Relational Fundraiser,' you will ask your friends and family to contribute $25—or whatever they can—to support our efforts to mobilize working-class voters in New Jersey around a State Job Guarantee.
To stay true to our mission to create living-wage jobs for all working and low-income people, FEN-PAC relies on small-dollar donations rather than wealthy donors and institutions.
Here’s how it works:
- Free Virtual Training: Our free one-hour online training sessions will provide you with the digital tools, information, and support you need to connect with your friends and family through text messages, phone calls, social media, email, or in-person conversations.
- Flexible Schedule: fundraise remotely from anywhere, on your own time.
- Share Content: share informational content and ‘calls to action’ with your friends and family to mobilize voters in support of Job Guarantee policies!
About Full Employment Now-Political Action Committee (FEN-PAC): FEN-PAC is an independent expenditure political organization (super PAC) that advocates for a Job Guarantee to ensure living-wage jobs for everyone.
A Job Guarantee is a government policy designed to provide employment opportunities for individuals unable to secure full-time work. This program would create living-wage jobs through public investments in sectors such as healthcare, education, community development, climate solutions, and other socially beneficial goods and services.
FEN-PAC's mission is to educate and mobilize voters around Job Guarantee policies, elect political candidates who support this policy, and hold them accountable after they are elected.
