Cornerstone Collaborative FL

Cornerstone Collaborative FL is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable volunteer to provide virtual classroom support for our Techquity Program, an initiative focused on empowering and engaging youth through technology and collaboration.

The volunteer will work closely with and support the instructor during virtual sessions by helping create an engaging, welcoming, and energetic learning environment.

Time Commitment:

• 1 hour per week
• Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 PM CST
• Virtual opportunity

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Encourage youth to turn on their cameras and actively participate
• Help foster engagement through positive reinforcement and conversation
• Support students who may feel hesitant or disengaged
• Assist the instructor by monitoring participation and classroom energy
• Help create an exciting, supportive, and inclusive virtual space

• Comfortable in virtual learning environments
• Passionate about youth development and community impact

No teaching experience is required. This role is focused on support, encouragement, and connection, helping students feel confident, seen, and excited to participate.
