October Food Distribution Packing Volunteers Needed @ JRA

Join the Jewish Relief Agency (JRA) for our monthly Food Distribution and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families experiencing food insecurity throughout Greater Philadelphia.
Each month, volunteers of all ages and backgrounds come together to pack nutritious food, fresh produce, and other essential items and hand-deliver them directly to local community members.
Volunteers can choose from a variety of opportunities at JRA’s Distribution Warehouse in Northeast Philadelphia, including packing and preparing food for distribution and helping load and deliver food to families in the community.
Whether you’re volunteering for the first time or are a longtime JRA volunteer, everyone is welcome and every volunteer makes an impact.
Who can volunteer: Individuals, families, groups, students, and corporate teams are all welcome.
October Food Packing Dates:
- Thursday, October 8th from 10 AM to 12 PM
- Friday, October 9th: 10 AM to 12 PM
- Sunday, October 11th: 9 AM to 10 AM JRA Junior Session (Best for kids under 10 years old)*
- Sunday, October 11th: 10 AM to 12 PM All Ages Welcomed*
