The HNL Tool Library offers tool loans through the Lending Library program from a 750 square-foot facility within REUSE Hawaii. We serve a diverse community with increasing needs for skills and tools. Volunteers can be experienced with the normal tools for DIY projects or have little tool experience and want to learn more about a wide range of tools
Our Tool Librarians serve at the front desk checking in and checking out tools to our members. The Tool Librarians will also inform potential members of the background of the organization as well as membership details. A background in woodworking, DIY projects around the home or apartment are a definite plus but not necessary to volunteer with us!
5 shifts available:
- Tuesday Shift: 10am - 2pm HST
- Thursday Shift: 10am to 2pm HST
- Friday Shift: 10am to 3pm HST
- Saturday Morning Shift: 09am to 12:00N HST
- Saturday Afternoon Shift: 12:00N to 3pm HST
- MUST BE 18 years old

We are located in the Stadium Market Place, the old Sack n Save, K Mart. At the intersection of Salt Lake Blvd and H!. Convenient to Route !L on the bus and a 5 minute walk from the Halawa (Stadium) to on the Skyline rail.
We are located within ReUse Hawaii's location.
