Join our Board of Directors!
As a community mediation center that is a member of Community Mediation Maryland (mdmediation.org), we strive to recruit board members that reflect the community we serve in Kent and Queen Anne's counties in Maryland.
Board members work the the Executive Director to steer the organization in line with our mission and vision, approve budgets, support outreach efforts, and overall work to advance mediation.

After applying, we will discuss your application and select 2-3 current board members to meet with you. We will schedule a time for you to talk with our Executive Director. Once you've met with the director and board members, we will discuss and vote on our application at the next board meeting.
