Position Overview
IFWF is seeking a Communications & Content Writer to assist with institutional writing, public communications, newsletters, program descriptions, and mission-oriented storytelling.
This role is ideal for strong writers interested in nonprofit communications, public policy, educational initiatives, and social impact work.
Responsibilities
- Draft organizational announcements and public communications
- Assist with newsletter and supporter content
- Help develop program and campaign descriptions
- Support institutional storytelling and visibility efforts
- Contribute to donor and fundraising communication materials
- Assist with editing and refining written materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Interest in nonprofit communications, public policy, economics, or education
- Ability to write in a professional and mission-driven tone
- Experience with content writing, communications, journalism, or nonprofit work is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
