Position Information:

Hope Communities, a nonprofit providing support and affordable housing to intersectional communities across the Denver area, often distributes basic needs kits to residents in need. We invite volunteers throughout the year to assemble kits that provide essential everyday items for individuals, seniors, and families.

Basic needs kits help ensure community members have access to hygiene and personal care products that support health, dignity, and daily well-being. All items should be new and unopened.

Suggested Items Include:

• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Shampoo and conditioner
• Soap or body wash
• Deodorant
• Lotion
• Razors
• Feminine hygiene products
• Toilet paper
• Tissues
• Hand sanitizer
• Baby wipes or diapers (optional)

Volunteers may assemble as many kits as they would like, and they will be distributed as needs arise across our communities.
